Component Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Component Design Engineer (RPA) - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design reactor structures and components from requirements through final design
• Coordinate inputs from engineering and project teams to produce design solutions
• Perform scoping analysis and calculations, and present design results for reviews

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of four years of equipment/component design experience
• Working experience with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section III
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
• Experience in finite element stress analysis and mechanical analysis methods
