Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to investigate client issues and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls and chats in a call center environment, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
  • Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
  • Provide friendly customer service and assist with basic/advanced technical support
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles, outside of IT is acceptable
  • 1+ CompTIA certification is required
  • Expert level knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
  • Experience with remote support tools and network diagnostic tools
