Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to investigate client issues and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and chats in a call center environment, ensuring consistent delivery of procedures and scripts
- Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
- Provide friendly customer service and assist with basic/advanced technical support
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles, outside of IT is acceptable
- 1+ CompTIA certification is required
- Expert level knowledge of networking, computing, and business applications
- Experience with remote support tools and network diagnostic tools
