CompTIA Security+ Certified Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Director to lead their Service Desk and Infrastructure Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of IT services and infrastructure operations, ensuring reliability and security
• Monitor and improve operational metrics including SLA performance, MTTR, and ticket volume trends
• Implement and refine ITIL-aligned processes and coordinate with peer teams to align operational practices

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship, eligible for a Secret clearance
• 5-10 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or IT leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure technologies such as Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Azure
• Proven experience managing Service Desk and escalation workflows
• CompTIA Security+ certification required within the first 2 months of hire
