Computational Biologist

Job Summary

Computational Biologist, a full-time position focused on supporting data analysis for spatial biology platforms, assisting with customer inquiries, and providing training for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data analysis workflows and tools for spatial biology platforms
• Respond to technical inquiries and assist with data quality issues across transcriptomics and proteomics workflows
• Provide training and troubleshooting support for internal and external users

Required Qualifications

• PhD or M.S. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or a related field; or B.S. with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience analyzing high-dimensional omics datasets using bioinformatics and statistical methods
• Proficiency in R; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
• Basic domain knowledge in a relevant biological area (e.g., oncology, immunology)
• Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal and collaboration abilities
