Computational Biologist

Job Summary

Working remotely across ANZ, Japan, and Singapore, the full-time Computational Biologist / Omics Data Scientist will analyze genomics and multi-omics datasets to support drug target and biomarker discovery projects in an innovative biotech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and multi-omics datasets
• Support drug target and biomarker discovery projects
• Develop and optimize NGS and LC-MS/MS data analysis pipelines

Required qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Proteomics, or related discipline
• Experience with omics data analysis
• Strong Python and/or R skills
• Understanding of disease biology and drug discovery research
