Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate computational methodologies integrating multi-omic datasets for predictive models in translational biology
• Lead projects applying AI models to challenges in disease biology, biomarker discovery, and target exploration
• Collaborate with AI companies to co-develop foundation models for drug discovery

Required Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology, AI/ML, applied statistics, biophysics, or MS with relevant professional experience
• 5 years of experience in applied computational biology and multi-omic dataset integration, with 2 years in a startup environment
• 2 years of experience in translational science, focusing on target identification, biomarker discovery, or patient stratification
• Proven ability to implement and evaluate computational methodologies using machine learning and AI for biological research
• Excellent coding skills in Python and experience with relevant ML/AI libraries
