Computational Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computational Design Practice Manager to lead the development and implementation of its Computational Design Practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for the Computational Design Practice, providing thought leadership and technical expertise
• Lead the creation and rollout of the practice, integrating computational design roles into project teams and establishing partnerships with technology vendors
• Design and implement training programs for computational design skills and manage knowledge assets within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in design-related fields, with prior management experience preferred
• Deep expertise in computational and parametric design methodologies
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python or C#
• Advanced knowledge of AEC design technologies and BIM, with preferred experience in Autodesk and Bentley products
