Computational Pathologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scientist III, Computational Pathology.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement scripts and pipelines for spatial transcriptomics data analysis and high-plex image analysis
• Perform end-to-end high-plex image analysis including tissue classification and cell segmentation
• Act as a subject matter resource and train team members in spatial analysis tasks

Required Qualifications

• MSc, PhD, or equivalent degree in biological sciences, computational biology, engineering, computer science, or informatics
• Fluency in Python and R
• Experience with open-source scripts and pipelines for high-plex image analysis
• Experience with quantitative digital pathology analysis platforms such as Halo, Visiopharm, or QuPath
• Familiarity with tissue microscopic anatomy and histology is a plus
