Compute Trader

Job Summary

To accelerate supply and demand matching on the platform, the full-time Compute Trader will manage the utilization of compute resources, source new suppliers globally, and negotiate costs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Match incoming leads from the sales team with internal and external compute capacity
• Maximize utilization of compute resources and develop a proactive compute strategy based on market intelligence
• Source and onboard new compute suppliers while solving customer and supplier problems in a dynamic market

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cloud sales, GPUs, data centers, or a related field
• Existing network of contacts in the compute market (providers, brokers, or buyers)
• Deep understanding of the GPU compute market and the factors driving supply and demand
• Strong judgment in decisions impacting revenue and cost
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
