Computer-Based Training Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Computer-Based Training Developer will create interactive CBT modules and support instructional design activities, quality assurance efforts, and LMS validation in a collaborative Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop interactive CBT modules using Adobe Captivate and other eLearning tools
• Create engaging learner experiences from storyboards and source documentation while integrating multimedia elements
• Package and validate training content for LMS delivery, ensuring compliance with SCORM and xAPI standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience developing CBT/eLearning products
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and developing SCORM-compliant training content
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• U.S. Citizenship and willingness to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance
