Computer-Based Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of eLearning materials for federal healthcare programs, the remote Computer-Based Training Specialist will design, create, and maintain engaging training content using Articulate 360, while collaborating with stakeholders to assess training needs and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to create and adapt learning content for diverse audiences and various eLearning formats
• Develop interactive training modules using Articulate 360, focusing on accessibility and learner engagement
• Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather information and apply instructional design models to develop effective training materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree with at least two years of experience
• Proficiency in Articulate authoring tools, particularly Storyline 360
• Experience creating Section 508 compliant materials
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and ADDIE best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and thrive in dynamic settings
