Job Summary

Providing essential technical assistance, the part-time Computer Field Analyst will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal employees both in-person and remotely, contributing to infrastructure projects and process improvements in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive desktop and mobile device technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software-related problems
• Fulfill client service requests and assist with IT-related inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of IT computer field support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop and mobile computing devices
• Experience supporting computing environments within a large enterprise network setting
