Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT inquiries and escalations for the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Marketplace Service Desk
• Provide account access support for marketplace applications
• Assign inquiries to appropriate IT departments and document information accurately

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 1 year of experience
• Experience in customer service using multiple systems
• Excellent knowledge of computers and Microsoft systems
• 40 wpm typing speed
• Receptive to training for business acumen adoption
