Computer Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator to support an IT program for a service desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support
• Provide comprehensive phone and email support for incident resolution
• Document required information into the ticketing system and knowledgebase

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
