Computer Operator

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Computer Operator will manage and control complex computer systems, perform batch operations, and analyze first-level issues across networks and applications while ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control intricate networks and applications, performing batch operations as per service agreements
• Analyze and resolve first-level issues across systems, routing problems as necessary
• Develop support system management processes tailored to customer requirements

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an Operations environment
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Office products, including Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to work an Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) for 24x7 support
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals such as routers, switches, and circuits
• High school education required; college education preferred
