Job Summary
Providing essential IT support, the full-time Computer Operator III will assist remote facilities by diagnosing and resolving access and IT-related issues while working from 4pm to 1am EST, including a rotating weekend shift.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage web tickets, triaging them to appropriate Tier 2 support
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, documenting and tracking issues for timely resolution
- Provide end-user support for account administration, smartcard maintenance, application support, and hardware desktop issues
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Enterprise IT environments
- 2+ years of experience working directly with end users/customers
- 2+ years of experience with Active Directory
- Experience with hardware and software support and troubleshooting
