Computer Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the company's eCommerce initiatives, the full-time Computer Systems Analyst will analyze business and technical requirements, design and maintain enterprise-grade Java systems, and develop AI-based analysis tools, all while working onsite in San Francisco.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop server-side Java applications and services to meet eCommerce system requirements
- Evaluate and enhance Java-based web applications for performance and scalability of customer-facing systems
- Design and build RESTful and SOAP APIs for internal and partner-facing consumption
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or foreign equivalent
- 2 years of experience in systems analysis and software development
- Proficiency in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful/SOAP API design
- Experience with web-based payment processing and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
