Job Summary

A company is looking for a SME Computer User Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage trouble tickets to resolve user problems
  • Provide technical support remotely via phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Document fix actions and train junior technicians on the Advanced Technical Support team
Required Qualifications
  • Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain
  • ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification, to be obtained within 120 days after hire
  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7-12 years of work experience, including 1 year of Windows desktop support
  • Experience with remote tools and industry standard software products
