Job Summary
A company is looking for a SME Computer User Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage trouble tickets to resolve user problems
- Provide technical support remotely via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Document fix actions and train junior technicians on the Advanced Technical Support team
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain
- ITILv4 Foundation Training and Certification, to be obtained within 120 days after hire
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 7-12 years of work experience, including 1 year of Windows desktop support
- Experience with remote tools and industry standard software products
