Computer Vision Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement algorithms integrating Computer Vision (CV) and Machine Learning (ML) for spacecraft guidance, navigation, and control
• Conduct image-based hazard detection and map-relative localization
• Create high-fidelity simulations to validate vision algorithms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 6 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a Ph.D. with 2 years of experience
• Strong technical background in computer vision and machine learning, particularly for space applications
• Extensive experience in software engineering and practical implementation of ML or CV for real-time applications
• Proven track record in developing, testing, and validating autonomous, vision-based algorithms
