Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical deployment by imaging machines and installing, configuring, and deploying hardware and software to end-users
• Offer triage support by gathering information and attempting to resolve technical issues
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in a ticketing system

• Experience with mobile device operating systems, including iOS and Android
