Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Principal, or Lead Artist in the video game industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity, photorealistic artistic principles and techniques
• Extensive knowledge of game art production pipelines and tools
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing creative teams
• Ability to work effectively with co-development teams
