• Own the schedule and partner with art discipline leads to ensure on-time delivery of content
• Facilitate communication between art production team and other departments
• Proactively identify and solve problems to prevent roadblocks

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing art teams in complex projects
• Experience in gameplay production is a plus
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive high-velocity development cycles
• Experience with Flow (Shotgrid/Shotgun) and Jira
