Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent Contractor - Conceptual Creative Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with strategy and account teams to develop creative ideas for pitch narratives
• Translate complex scientific/medical content into visually compelling creative concepts
• Lead the visual direction of pitch materials and collaborate with internal teams to execute creative visions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an agency or freelance setting, preferably in healthcare/pharma
• Proven conceptual thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing significant ideas
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create visually and emotionally engaging pitches
• Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback
• Willingness to present work to the Executive Committee for final selection
