Concierge

Job Summary

As a fully remote Concierge, the successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between Aero and its guests, providing exceptional, personalized service through various communication channels while managing flight preparations and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat
• Tailor the Aero experience to prospective guests' needs to drive trip booking conversions and prepare necessary documentation for flights
• Coordinate communication regarding flight management details and collaborate with the Operations team to address any changes or issues

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated background in customer service, preferably in a luxury service environment or private aviation sector
• Experience with email services and proficiency in customer service tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned with the time zones of main hubs (LA or New York)
