Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge.

Key Responsibilities:

Build rapport with clients and provide personalized customer service
Follow up with mortgage, real estate, and title relationships to meet client needs and identify cross-sell opportunities
Coordinate with team members and network resources to serve client needs and simplify the home buying process

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
Call Center experience or customer service experience
1-3 years' experience in the mortgage and/or real estate industry preferred
Hospitality and Leisure experience is a plus
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
