Concierge Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Associate to support field sales teams and enhance customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide answers to first-line questions regarding coverage and payment issues
• Coordinate with operations and tele-sales teams to resolve escalated service issues
• Assist with new enrollments and changes to facilitate quick processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Experience working with remote sales teams
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence and experience handling calls, preferably in a call center environment
