Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Associate to support field sales teams and enhance customer service operations.

- Provide answers to first-line questions regarding coverage and payment issues
- Coordinate with operations and tele-sales teams to resolve escalated service issues

Required Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Experience working with remote sales teams
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone presence and experience handling calls, preferably in a call center environment
