Dedicated to providing exceptional member support, the remote Concierge Associate will engage with members through phone, chat, and email to help them navigate their healthcare benefits and access high-quality care at the lowest cost.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional member support via phone, chat, and email
  • Educate members on their healthcare benefits and claims, guiding them to maximize their Garner benefit
  • Handle complex conversations with professionalism and empathy, while deescalating any member frustrations
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Technical proficiency with customer service platforms, such as Zendesk
  • A proactive and curious problem-solving mindset
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement
