Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Coordinator to enhance guest experiences in the short-term rental market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Concierge services and create personalized itineraries for guests
  • Interact with guests through various communication channels to ensure satisfaction and manage service requests
  • Support operational teams in maintaining high-level service consistency and update relevant customer information systems
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of VIP Customer Service and/or Concierge experience
  • Background in the Luxury Travel industry is preferred
  • Experience in Sales and Call Center environments is preferred
  • Positive attitude and passion for the travel industry
  • Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday shifts
