Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Coordinator to enhance guest experiences in the short-term rental market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Concierge services and create personalized itineraries for guests
- Interact with guests through various communication channels to ensure satisfaction and manage service requests
- Support operational teams in maintaining high-level service consistency and update relevant customer information systems
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of VIP Customer Service and/or Concierge experience
- Background in the Luxury Travel industry is preferred
- Experience in Sales and Call Center environments is preferred
- Positive attitude and passion for the travel industry
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday shifts
