Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Coordinator, Predict.

Key Responsibilities

• Place 100+ outbound calls to members and respond to inbound inquiries
• Educate prospective members on the benefits of enrolling in digital physical therapy services
• Provide concierge-level service and maintain accurate notes in the data system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of inside sales experience preferred
• Experience in cold calling or call center preferred
• Ability to navigate across technology platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills
