Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards
- Assist members with benefits and healthcare questions
- Document all calls received in a system-based call log
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HS Diploma/GED; 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- One year of customer service/call center experience in a healthcare-related role
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
- Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates is preferred
