Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards
  • Assist members with benefits and healthcare questions
  • Document all calls received in a system-based call log
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum HS Diploma/GED; 2 years of college or higher education preferred
  • One year of customer service/call center experience in a healthcare-related role
  • Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
  • Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates is preferred
