Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers while negotiating with providers regarding plans
- Assist members with questions related to benefits and healthcare
- Document all calls in the system-based call log
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma/GED; 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- One year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role
- Medical intake or third-party administrator experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of provider organizations and networks, as well as CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
