Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers
  • Negotiate with providers for acceptance of plans without network agreements
  • Document all calls in the system-based call log and handle incoming precertification calls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D; Associate degree preferred
  • Two years of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
  • Experience in medical intake or health payor background is a plus
