Job Summary
A company is looking for a Concierge Customer Service Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers
- Negotiate with providers for acceptance of plans without network agreements
- Document all calls in the system-based call log and handle incoming precertification calls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D; Associate degree preferred
- Two years of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role
- Proficient with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills
- Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
- Experience in medical intake or health payor background is a plus
