Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Customer Service Representative II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards
  • Negotiate with providers for acceptance of plans without network agreements and assist members with healthcare questions
  • Document calls in a system-based call log and handle incoming precertification calls
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D; Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Two years of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of provider organizations, networks, and CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
  • Medical terminology knowledge and experience in medical intake preferred
