Job Summary

Guiding customers through the video production journey, the full-time Concierge Manager will oversee multiple video projects, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of services on a remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the production of video projects from quoting to publishing, ensuring smooth logistics and management
• Facilitate communication between customers and creators to resolve project-related issues and enhance service delivery
• Manage relationships with brands and ensure consistent delivery of services through established processes

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in video production management, including client management and project oversight
• Strong understanding of various video content types and the ability to identify production requirements
• Experience in content strategy and planning, with the ability to analyze market trends
• Hands-on experience with video creation hardware and software
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
