Concierge Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Concierge and Senior Concierge professionals, the full-time remote Concierge Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 12+ Concierge and Senior Concierge team members
• Monitor daily operations to ensure service levels, quality standards, and team goals are achieved
• Conduct new hire onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations while analyzing team performance for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong accountability and organizational skills
• 2+ years of leadership, coaching, or training experience
• High technical aptitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
