Concierge Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Passionate about customer experience, the full-time Concierge Operations Specialist will manage client communications, source content ideas for the Content Team, and complete end-to-end member requests in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service across various luxury sectors
• Source and submit content ideas weekly to enhance service offerings
• Complete member requests efficiently and effectively

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality
• General knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
