Job Summary

Acting as the primary liaison for key distribution firms and advisors, the full-time Concierge Relationship Manager will provide white-glove service support for annuity and life insurance policies while ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and track performance metrics to report trends to leadership

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in annuity or life insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Experience in customer service and operational support
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills across various channels
