Concierge Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ClubLine Concierge Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor during Member interactions
• Deliver timely assistance for reservation requests via phone, email, and chat
• Provide courteous responses to inquiries from Members, peers, and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-focused role
• Comfortable using technology; at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or similar platforms
• Previous experience in a call center or contact center environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm/CST, with some holidays required
