Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Representative in the United States, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educating HCP offices on the coverage validation process for Inogen device delivery
• Communicating with HCP offices regularly and responding to their questions in a timely manner
• Following up on key action items and partnering with RDMs to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of total sales/service experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Competitive and sales driven with soft skills to work within a team structure
• Proficient using technology platforms like Zoom and WebEx
