Concierge Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Service Representative (CSR) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to create sales opportunities
• Qualify customers for the reverse mortgage program and transfer interested customers to the sales team
• Update the Sales CRM with transaction notes and manage follow-up appointments

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (MS Office), 10-key, and soft phone experience
• Customer service background with mortgage industry knowledge
• Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Organized and performance-driven
