Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge Specialist, Gen Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver exceptional service in dining, experiences, travel, and luxury goods
• Source content ideas for submission to the Content Team on a weekly basis
• Complete end-to-end member requests efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of luxury hospitality experience
• General knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
