• 2-4 years of experience in a high-touch, relationship-based role, such as Private Banking or Luxury Hospitality
• Strong understanding of investment products, market trends, and account types
• Experience in case management, effectively handling long-term client requests
• Proficient in phone, video, and written communication across various channels
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues
