Job Summary

To provide exceptional client support, the part-time Concierge Support Specialist will assist clients via phone and email with system navigation, account management requests, and training on advanced features while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to system login, navigation, and specific tasks
  • Train clients on running searches, exports, and utilizing advanced system features
  • Fulfill account management requests such as account creations and project access
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
  • Multilingual in English and at least one of the following: German, Mandarin, or Cantonese
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, tech support, legal, government, financial, or hospitality roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications and familiar with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and communicate resolutions clearly
