Concierge Systems Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge & Reservations Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Sabre, troubleshooting GDS errors and managing complex ticketing issues
• Provide personalized service to guests, coordinating communication regarding flight management and special requests
• Develop internal knowledge guides and conduct GDS training sessions for the Concierge team

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Global Distribution System, preferably Sabre
• Proficient in complex pricing and ticket exchanges
• Prior Help Desk experience in a travel agency or airline environment is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and flexibility to work weekends in PST
• Experience with customer service tools, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, is a plus
