Concurrent Review Operations Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concurrent Review Operations Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing daily files and uploads for acute and post-acute admissions
• Verify and confirm admissions through inpatient and concurrent calls
• Create Care Events for new admissions and communicate with the care team and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of experience in analyzing and solving customer problems
• Experience in the health care industry with knowledge of medical terminology
• Understanding of patient privacy laws and organizational policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
