Job Summary

To support the expeditious movement of mortgage loans from sales through closing, the remote Mortgage Condo Analyst will manage project tasks, maintain acceptable turn times, and document detailed notes while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project tasks by assigning, ordering, and following up on outstanding documents
• Review preliminary documents and communicate with underwriters regarding discrepancies
• Verify project eligibility and upload necessary documents to outside vendors

Required qualifications

• Mortgage experience preferred, but not required
• Self-driven and task-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to departmental changes
• High-speed internet connection required for remote work
• Strong technology skills and attention to detail
