Condo Approval Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Approval Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist origination staff with requesting and reviewing condominium documents
• Order necessary documentation from property managers and follow up on requests
• Monitor and update the status of pending condo document requests in Project Tracker

Required Qualifications and Education

• Current product knowledge of condominium review processes for various loan programs
• Working knowledge of federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA
• 2+ years of experience in condo document collection or related roles
• Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
