Condo Approval Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Approval Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the review and submission of condominium and co-op projects for various investors
• Create corporate policies and procedures to meet mortgage requirements for different agencies
• Oversee the Condo Approval Team, including training and auditing of Analysts' work

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of FHA, Conventional, Non-QM, and other loan programs
• Ability to interpret documents and perform basic mathematical calculations
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• No certifications required
