Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Condo Desk Underwriter, the full-time remote position will review and assess condominium project documentation to ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines while collaborating with operations, sales, and underwriting teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing condo questionnaires, budgets, insurance, legal documents, and project approvals
• Partnering closely with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate decisions
• Utilizing strong analytical skills to assess risk and compliance within the mortgage industry

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous condo project review experience
• Expert-level knowledge of condo project reviews and underwriting standards
• Strong understanding of risk assessment within the mortgage industry
