Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with various companies to obtain project information and verify documentation for condo projects
Perform thorough reviews and analyses of project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies prior to submission
Manage the pipeline within allotted turn times and assist in obtaining documentation to clear outstanding suspense items

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Excellent math and analytical skills
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce & Windows
